The Triple Play offer given directly by the structures or by dealers via a DSP is included in the invoicing.
InfoServ Santé is fully integrated in the digital customer pathway to facilitate the patient’s stay.

InfoServ Santé offers an interoperability with systems already in use in the healthcare structures to recover patient identity and place. We have an entire connectors range catalogue of the main software editors dedicated for healthcare.

Payment of multimedia services

Once the SI has identified the patient, they can create their multimedia account in several ways:
- at reception,
- at the touch screen kiosk available in the building,
- on a smartphone or tablet by the patient or his family, even outside the building via our dedicated​ internet website and our online payment terminal.

The patient has complete flexibility and autonomy to buy their multimedia services.

Patient pathway management is automated for the staff (a time saver for data input, printing individual invoices, facilitating continued services for room, unit or building transfers).
