Bogdan graduated with “high honors” in “software engineering/operational research” from ENSIMAG in Grenoble, France. He worked for IBM and INGENIA before joining Florent Raugel as shareholder of Cieme Informatique. He develops Cieme Informatique’s software: InfoServ, MobilServ, Expenserv.

David Besin has a Masters degree in operational management from ESSEC business school, France. He has been managing the Cieme Informatique Services and Support department since 1989 and is in charge of the operations and technical relations with all our partners. With more than twenty years’ experience, David is committed to constantly improving our customer and partner satisfaction with a keen focus on software performance and after sales service.
